Leadership Coaching Services

It’s an intense, VUCA world out there. Stress and frustrations increase, by things that happen professionally or by small or life-changing events around us or in our personal lives. If we have an “outside-in” mindset, i.e., let external factors dictate how we feel, think and behave, and if we are stuck in our traditional beliefs and assumptions without a willingness to step back and reflect (and maybe even laugh a little bit about ourselves), then we limit ourselves to develop and grow. I offer you individual, inspiring, 1-on-1 leadership development coaching sessions to help you (re-) centre, increase self-awareness on your leadership effectiveness and clarify what it is that you want and need.

In my leadership coaching, I use the *Leadership Circle ProfileTM (LCP), one of the world’s leading instruments for assessing leadership effectiveness, as a development and growth framework. It also brings about a more balanced and fulfilling life in other domains of your world, such as family, community, and personal health.

This is a partnership, where we go through the process together in multiple, high-quality sessions. It is important to invest sufficient time in the beginning, to get you going in the right direction. After a free, initial conversation in which we align on if/when/how to move forward, I will organize for you to enter the LCP process and have an LCP established (costs €400). You will determine and approach the pool of your evaluators to initiate the 360° process and I will support you in this.

When the LCP report is generated, I will analyse the results and we will have the LCP de-brief session. We explore together the report, what kind of leader you are, where you stand today, what is your sweet spot, where you would like to be, and how you could get there. After a period of self-reflection, we will have 2 follow-up sessions (60 min each) to further align on your development path towards the leader you would like to be. To monitor progress and, if necessary, adapt the path, additional follow-up sessions at regular time intervals are recommended, but only if you feel like it. The total cost for this initial package, including the LCP report, debrief session and first 2 follow-up sessions, is €1650.

I have 35 years of experience in the biopharma industry in a variety of global CMC roles and leadership positions. As a leader, I have successfully guided cross-functional teams in product development, life-cycle management, process control strategy development and quality control. I have been involved in many re-organization projects, supporting the teams with content or facilitation and coaching input.

I offer consulting services to small CMC teams with the primary objective of creating positive and creative team dynamics that allow the team to relax, breathe and then put their collective intellectual capabilities together so that project challenges are addressed efficiently and effectively.

As in my leadership coaching services, I aim to create psychological safety, trust and transparency in the team, which drive stronger team output and performance.

From a content perspective, I will not tell the team what to do or create 350+ slides for you! I will primarily work on team dynamics and provide input and coaching on content if it falls under my area of expertise.
